Certificate\/Decal Request Guidelines<\/span><\/h1>\n\n\n\nupdated 8\/17\/2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n Requesting a Commemorative Route 66 On The Air Certificate or Decal <\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\nplease read the below information and steps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. <\/strong> Citrus Belt Amateur Radio Club (CBARC) is the host club for the Route 66 On The Air event, and will be providing and processing the certificates and decals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. You must work at least ONE<\/span> of the participating Route 66 On The Air stations in order to request the certificate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n When requesting the certificate<\/strong>: Please read and fill out the certificate application shown below completely, and enclose $4.00 (USD)<\/span> for each certificate and $5.00 (USD)<\/span> for each decal requested.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n______________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PLEASE NOTE: <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\nCBARC will NOT<\/em> <\/span>accept an envelope and\/or postage in lieu of the $4.00 charge for each certificate or $5.00 for each decal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nOverseas \/ Out of Country Stations: CBARC no longer accepts<\/span> IRCs for any payment.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nNo other forms of payment other than those shown above will be accepted.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Please allow 10 weeks<\/span> for delivery of certificates or decals<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n__________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n
