QSL Card Request Guidelines<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u00a0<\/h1>\n

To request a QSL card from any of the participating Route 66 stations please read and follow the instructions below:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

1.<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Each station at their discretion is processing their own QSL cards, therefore you must send your request along with your QSL card and a SASE directly to the station you wish to receive a card from.<\/p>\n

\u00a02.<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Citrus Belt Amateur Radio Club (CBARC) is the host for the Route 66 On The Air event, however it is NOT<\/span><\/b> a forwarding service or QSL bureau. CBARC will NOT<\/span><\/b> forward any QSL cards that are addressed to any other station. CBARC will only process requests that are addressed to their own event callsign.<\/p>\n

\u00a03.<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 When requesting a QSL card from any of the participating stations, you must include a SASE with your request.\u00a0 If a SASE is NOT<\/span><\/b> included, it will be at the discretion of each participating stations whether or not to send their QSL card back to the requesting person.<\/p>\n

\u00a04.<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Independent stations operating as \u201cMobile 66\u201d may at their discretion issue a QSL card, ask them on the air for any QSL information.<\/p>\n

\u00a05.<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 WE DO NOT SUGGEST<\/strong> using a QSL bureau within the U.S. due to delays in the bureaus forwarding the cards, as it can take several months to forward your request<\/p>\n

NOTE: QSL card mailing time is the discretion of each participating station. If there is a problem with a station’s QSL card, please contact them directly as CBARC is not responsible for other clubs QSL cards.<\/strong><\/p>\n
