REMINDERS TO ALL CBARC MEMBERS
Annual CBARC cookie drive for Patton Employees will be held on Wednesday December 15th at 7:30 PM at the club, please bring your cookie donations at that time.
CBARC Club Facility will be closed Wednesday December 22 and 29, 2021 for the Holiday Season
CERTIFICATE AND DECAL PROCESSING UPDATE 11/21/2021
Due to overwhelming requests for our 2021 decals, we have had to place another printing order from the decal company and we should receive them in two weeks (+/-) from today. We will be mailing out about 150 requests on Monday 11/22 and the rest of the decal requests will have to wait until the printing order arrives. We are working on the requests received around October 5-15. The envelopes and certificates that go with it have been processed but, we’re waiting for the decals.
This year, we saw an increase of orders over the past few years. It was amazing to see the requests for our new design decal as we had people ask for 6,8, or 10 at a time. We process the requests as they come in and it takes time for us to process them and get them ready for mailing.
We should be able to mail them out under the timeframe of 10 weeks from receipt of the requests.
We appreciate everyone’s patience while we process these requests.
PLEASE NOTE:
Before emailing us questioning the process of your certificate/decal application,
ALLOW 10 WEEKS FROM THE TIME WE RECEIVE IT FOR DELIVERY.
This info is shown on the application instruction page and since we get several hundred requests it takes time to process them all…we are working as fast as we can.

UPDATE INFORMATION
For those that attempted to work W6F and were unable to and if you are requesting a certificate, to get the automatic credit shown below, simply fill in the attempted information like you would for the other stations.

With the difficulties working W6F, I have decided that we will give you credit for W6F on your certificate/ decal request application. This will be the only way to make sure that those that need this station for a clean sweep will be able to claim it.
My apologies for this issue and hopefully this will help with the frustrations.

QUICK ROUTE 66 OVERVIEW
To answer some of the most asked question ……
Date: September 11-19, 2021
Time: Start: 0001 Z September 11 End: 2359 Z September 19
Purpose of Event: is to commemorate the history of the “Mother Road” connecting the east and west areas of the US.
Simple Rules: Follow all 22 stations and contact their 1×1 callsigns (W6A-W6V) they will be on the air as much as possible. Each station has their own schedule and are on the air as operators are available and bands allow.
Certificate and Decal: You must work at least one station before you can request either item. There is no time limit for your request however we would appreciate it if you would make your request in a timely manner. When requesting, please allow 10 weeks for processing and mailing.
On air station exchange: Normally you will simply give callsign and any other info that each station is requesting. Each station may ask for different info. Please take the time to listen to find out what the exchange will require.
Logs: If requesting a certificate, you do not need to send in a log, simply fill out the certificate request application available on this site.
